Although closely linked to the South African parent company, offshore offices in Jersey, Mauritius and the Isle of Man offer a different set of products aimed at a diverse and global client base, which complement the bank’s African roots. As a result, a certain amount of autonomy is enjoyed when managing the brand and designing marketing support material for use outside of Africa. |
ThatcherMacKenzieWhen recruitment needs to be bespokeThatcherMacKenzie differentiates itself from competitors by focusing on the two defined niches of Financial Services and Law to provide recruitment, head hunting, HR outsourcing services and training in Employment Law aspects. They wanted to target clients in Jersey, Liechtenstein, Singapore and Switzerland and to position themselves as experts in discrete placements with excellent contacts. A campaign was required that drew on their strong reputation but was able to translate that into new geographical areas.

Herald GroupHow do you evolve a brand, balancing the heraldic past with the needs of a modern, dynamic business?In 2010 Herald Trust as it then was, approached Image Group to evolve its brand identity. The driver behind this was the company’s expansion into new markets and development of new business divisions. The directors recognised that the existing brand identity and corporate collateral were outdated, and did not adequately represent the company’s values and mission statement. They were also keen to keep the heraldic elements of their current shield logo and visual identity. |

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is one of the Channel Islands’ largest employers. Focus groups conducted by our PR team helped RBC senior management refocus internal communications. The team has also co-ordinated PR activity for a number of key sponsorships such as the Harbour Carnival in Guernsey and Jersey’s Swimarathon. |
